Fall play continues to prepare Bulldogs

MORAGA, Calif. – Fresno State's Cristina Flaquer, Carlotta Nonnis Marzano, Gianna Mastro and Leann Serna represented the Bulldogs in the red and blue draws and flights during the 2022 SMC Fall Invitational in Northern California this past weekend.

The Bulldogs will wrap up its fall slate of events this weekend (Friday through Sunday) with four other Bulldogs - Pang Jittakoat, Matilde Magrini, Carolina Piferi and Mariia Vyshkina - competing in the Jack Kramer Invitational in Southern California.

"This was the last fall tournament for these Bulldogs. Carlotta and Cristina ended on a high note winning three of the four doubles matches. Gianna also picked up two great singles wins. Overall, the 'Dogs are going to take a lot of great experiences from the fall and translate them into the spring. Lastly, we will be sending four players to our last fall event at the Jack Kramer Club."
