The Bulldog Sports Network is expanding its reach and talent for the 2022 football season.
FRESNO, Calif. – The Red Wave is waking up this morning ready to trod the well-known paths down Bulldog Lane, Cedar, Barstow, and Millbrook.
The iconic bright lights above Valley Children's Stadium and sounds of fall welcome the 'Dogs back to the football season with tens of thousands scanning their tickets to the Biggest Party in the Valley.
For the many who bring their trusty pocket radios or mobile devices to the stadium, and Bulldog fans around the globe, the Bulldog Sports Network supports an all-star cast over the airwaves. Paul Loeffler will continue to team with Pat Hill and Cam Worrell on the call over the radio.
New in 2022 are additional stations, improved coverage, and a growing team of talent to keep the Red Wave connected to the program on and off the field.

"iHeartRadio has proven to be an exciting partner for our radio coverage," said Zachary Fraser, the general manager of Bulldog Sports Properties, a division of Learfield, the exclusive multimedia rights partner of Fresno State Athletics. "They are innovative, always willing to try something new if it will help the program, and the addition of 96.7 FM and 1400 AM to the roster of stations will allow us to reach more Bulldog fans."
Â
"We have enjoyed a phenomenal relationship with Fresno State and Bulldog Sports Properties," said Steve Darnell, area president for iHeartMedia. "Our partners are creative, innovative, and love bringing all things Fresno State to our community. Year One was memorable, and we can't wait to see what this coming season brings."
The coverage of the team is expanding beyond just the improved station lineup.
Â
A new, 1-hour pre-game segment – The Bulldog Tailgate Show – will precede every Bulldogs Pre-Game Show, and air starting two hours before kickoff. The show will be hosted live from Bulldog BLVD for home games and from the iHeartRadio Fresno studios for road games. Following the game and the post-game coverage, the Bulldogs Drive Home presented by Golden Eagle Charters will be a new call-in show, where fans can weigh in on the results of the game and the season. The Drive Home show will follow every game, home and away.
Â
Hosting the Tailgate, Halftime and Drive Home shows will be Fresno radio veteran CK. The popular talent is recognized in the Valley for his work on B95, Fox Sports, and partners with former 'Dog great David Carr on 'The Audible', a weekly segment on Fox Sports Radio every Thursday during 'CK on Sports'.
Â
These players and their connection to the program – as players, as alumni, and fans of the team – will provide fans a deep connection. First up against Cal Poly: Frank Dalena will join CK on the BLVD for the Tailgate Show, and David Tangipa will be in-studio after the game.
Â
"I don't think you can beat our roster across the entire conference, perhaps the country," said Fraser.
