FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's basketball team continues their stay at home this weekend to host UC San Diego this Saturday, Dec. 2 at 4 p.m. PT

Fresno State is coming off their first home loss of the season, after opening non-conference play at home, 4-0

Freshman Kylee Fox had a career night against Portland State with a career-high 19 points and career-high five 3-pointers
Fresno State recorded their lowest team score at home this season, 61 points
Fresno State begins to close out the non-conference portion of the season, with four games left before conference play opens against Air Force

IT'S RAINING THREE'S
Freshman Kylee Fox recorded a career high five three-pointers in a single game against Portland State. Fox led the team in scoring (19) against the Vikings on Wednesday nights, of the 19 points scored, 17 of those points were from the three. Fox's final stats of the night were, 19 points, five 3-pointers, four steals and two assists.

Fox would shoot 100% from the three going 3-of-3 in the first half of the game against the Vikings. Fox would once again open up play with a three-pointer, going 4-of-4 through 21 minutes of play. Fox would close out the night,shooting 62% from the three (5-of-8).

BREAKING 100
Junior Mia Jacobs is closing in on a 100 combined points. Through seven games Jacobs has tallied 93 combined points with her highest at 27 points against Pepperdine. Jacobs is currently tied for No.10 in the MW individual statistics for scoring.

Junior Keely Brown trails closely behind with 86 combined points through eight games (19, vs Eastern Illinois).

MOUNTAIN WEST RANKINGS
Taija Sta. Maria is ranked No.5 in the Mountain West individual statistics for assist with 34 (4.25 avg) through eight games. Sta. Maria saw a career-high eight assists versus Eastern Illinois at the GCU Classic. Sta. Maria is also ranked No. 5 for minutes played with 269 (33.66 avg.)

Kylee Fox adds herself to this list, after a career-high night against Portland State. Fox is tied for No.8 for 3P Field Goals made with 14 (1.75 avg) and No.11 in steals with 17 (2.13 (avg.)

Mia Jacobs still finds herself secure at No.2 for points in a single game with 27 (Nov. 15 vs. Pepperdine), Jacobs held the No.1 rank until Nov. 27, when SJSU's Sabrina Ma would score 31, vs Bethesda. Jacobs sits tied at No. 10 for scoring with a combined 93 points (29 FG, 10 3FG, 25 FT, 13.2 avg.)

Tritons will face two road opponents this week (Fresno State and UoA,) Tritons are 1-1 when on the road.
Through seven games, UC San Diego has shot 41% from the field going 185-442, averaging 26 points per game.
This will be the first meeting between the two teams in program history.

ROSTER DIVE

Tritons will see the return of seven players including starters Izzy Forsyth and Parker Montgomery.
The only freshman on the starters list, Sumayah Sugapong, has gone 7-for-7 on starts this season, and has been a huge play maker for the Tritons so far.
Sugapong, a local product, has a combined 98 points (14.0 avg) and has shot 41.% from the field.
Following closely behind is returning starters Forsyth with a combined 96 points (13.7 avg) and Montgomery with a combined 57 points (8 avg)
Non-starter, Rose Denali puts herself in the mix with the starters, through seven games played, 65 points (9.3 avg)
