QUICK LOOK
BY THE NUMBERS
13 - On Dec. 28, Fresno State made a season-high 13 3-pointers against the Runnin' Rebels in Las Vegas. The 44.8% (13-of-29) was its third-highest percentage from deep this year.
6 - Redshirt freshman Elijah Price has totaled six double-doubles this year. It is the most by a Bulldog freshman since Paul George had six during the 2008-09 season.
66.7 - After shooting 5-of-8 from 3 on Monday in Reno, Jasir Tremble has shot a combined 10-of-15 (66.7%) this season in the state of Nevada. The junior was 5-of-7 earlier this year in Las Vegas.
MR. RELIABLE
With three double-digit scoring performances in his first seven appearances of the season, Jalen Weaver got his shooting touch going at BYU with 15 points and has been one of the Bulldogs' most reliable scorers ever since. The senior followed that up by matching his career high of 19 against San Diego. From Dec. 11-Jan. 4, he had six straight games in double figures, and has 13 in his last 15 games which includes three 20-point games.
PRICE IS RIGHT
After redshirting the 2023-24 season at Drake, Elijah Price made the decision to return back to his home state and join Fresno State, and it's quickly paying off for both sides. A Swiss-army knife type of player, the 6-foot-9 Price has throughout the season. He is the only Bulldog to start every game.
DC TO CA
With 31 points through his first 12 games as a Bulldog, Jasir Tremble scored 45 the following three games. Beginning with a season-high 19 at UNLV in the first of the three games, the junior was in double figures in three straight games.
