ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The Fresno State men's golf team moved up two spots in the final round of the William H. Tucker Invitational to finish in sixth place, posting a score of 10-under 854.Â
Von Wasson and Zack Tarter finished tied for seventh in the tournament. Tarter moved up 11 spots in the final round after shooting 3-under, and Wasson climbed up five spots in the final day after finishing 2-under.
Jaden Hunter made the biggest leap up the leaderboard on the last day of the tournament, moving up 13 spots to finish in 15th place. Hunter shot 2-under in the final round, including an eagle on hole 17.Â
Chris Bettencourt and James Watney both wrapped up their tournaments at 8-over
