FRESNO, Calif. - Three Fresno State divers will make their way to Flagstaff for the NCAA Zone E meet for a chance to punch their ticket to NCAA's the following week. Competition begins Monday, Mar. 9 through Wednesday, Mar. 11 at Wall Aquatics Center.Â
Bulldog lineupÂ
Three Bulldogs are making their way to Flagstaff in Grace Ally, Natalia Bedolla and Parker Connor. Ally and Connor will be competing in the platform event, while Bedolla will take on the 1 & 3-meter springboard.Â
MWC RecapÂ
The diving crew had a successful run at the 2026 Mountain West Championships. Grace Ally earned her first podium spot in the platform taking third place (296.55). Natalia Bedolla had the most consistent performance for Fresno State at conference qualifying into all three finals sessions. Bedolla saw a meet-high fifth place in the 1-meter (308.00), followed closely by a sixth place finish in the 3-meter. The senior rounded out the championship heat for eighth in the platform (240.30). Parker Connor placed a meet high 12th place in the platform (218.65) in her first championship consolation final.Â
Zone EÂ
The country is divided into five geographic zones (A, B, C, D, and E). Teams must compete in their designated regional zone, Fresno State will compete in the 'E' Zone. The top 5 female and top 4 male divers in each event (1m, 3m, Platform) at each zone automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships.  Divers who finish in the top 12 in a zone event—even if they do not earn an automatic spot—are essentially awarded a "B" cut. If they qualify for the championship in at least one event, they can compete in other events where they placed in the top 12. Thirty-two other divers among the Mountain West will also be present at Zone E.Â
