Carly DeHoog & Cam Rosen to join Volleyball staff

FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno State Head Volleyball Coach Leisa Rosen has announced the additions of Carly DeHoog and Cam Rosen to the Bulldogs' staff ahead of the 2026 season.
DeHoog joins the program following a decorated collegiate career at the University of Washington and an extensive professional playing career overseas, while Rosen brings experience as both a collegiate student-athlete and volleyball coach.
"We are excited to welcome Carly and Cam to our staff," Head Coach Leisa Rosen said. "They both bring different experiences and perspectives that will be valuable to our program. They have a passion for working with student-athletes and helping them develop, and we are looking forward to having them in the gym with our team."
DeHoog played at Washington from 2014-17, helping the Huskies win the 2016 Pac-12 Championship and advance to the NCAA Elite Eight. She capped her collegiate career with a standout senior season in 2017, earning AVCA Third Team All-America, Volleyball Magazine Second Team All-America, All-Pac-12 and All-Pacific North Region honors. DeHoog led Washington with 349 kills while hitting a team-best .305 during her senior campaign.
Following her collegiate career, DeHoog played professionally in Sweden, Poland, France and Italy. Her professional career included a runner-up finish and promotion to Serie A1 with Itas Trentino in Italy, a silver medal in the 2022 French Cup with RC Cannes and a runner-up finish in the Swedish Elitserien with Örebro VBS. She was also named the Best Opposite in the Swedish Elitserien in 2019.
Rosen joins the Bulldogs with experience coaching volleyball at both the club and collegiate camp levels. He has coached club teams with Valley Volleyball Academy and has also worked volleyball camps at the University of Michigan, gaining experience working directly with athletes on skill development and competition.
Before beginning his coaching career, Rosen was a four-year collegiate baseball player, spending two seasons at Wayne State and two seasons at Stanislaus State. His experience as a collegiate student-athlete, combined with his background coaching volleyball, will allow him to bring a unique perspective to the Bulldogs' staff.
