2022 (Sophomore): Played in 43 games with 28 starts … finished the season with a .239 batting average … logged 21 hits … had two doubles and two home runs … chalked seven RBIs … scored nine runs … drew eight walks … recorded a hit in 16 games including five with multiple hits … had a season-high two hits in five games.
2021 (Freshman): Appeared in 12 games … chalked two starts at third base … logged her first collegiate hit against Santa Clara on April 6 … drew two walks … had to putouts and four assists.
High School: A two-sport athlete in softball and soccer, enters her senior season in softball coming off a junior campaign where she was named Female Athlete of the Year and a second-team all-league selection out of the Mother Lode League. She hit for a .368 average, racking up 28 hits and 21 runs. Steele's been an all-league selection all three seasons on her varsity team.
