2009-10 (Junior): With his aggressive, detail-oriented, and intelligent style of play, he led by example as one of the team[apos]s captains, despite having to battle serious wrist injuries throughout the season ... earned his second consecutive CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District VIII honors as the only student-athlete from a California college in the University Division and candidate for the Academic All-American team ... his selection marked one of only three honorees from Western Athletic Conference schools ... during his junior season, he averaged 3.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game ... played in 32 of 33 games, with one start ...scored a season-high 11 points at Idaho on Jan. 28, 2010 ... pulled down a season-best five rebounds twice ... logged at least 10 minutes in 26 of 32 games played ... drained 30 of 105 (28.6%) field goal attempts, nine of 47 (19.1%) from beyond the 3-point arc and 27 of 47 (57.4%) at the charity stripe ... in WAC contests, he averaged 3.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game while shooting 30.0 percent from the field.
2008-09 (Sophomore): As a key veteran underclassman and academic scholar, he earned the first recognition in program history as an Academic All-District VIII honoree and a candidate for the Academic All-American team ... the selection marked the only Western Athletic Conference honoree and the only student-athlete from a California college in the University Division ... received his second-straight Academic All-WAC honors ... in his first four semesters at Fresno State, he collected a cumulative 3.81 grade point average, including a distinction on the President[apos]s List twice for a 4.0 grade point average in the Fall 2007 and Spring 2009 semesters ... one of only two Bulldogs to start all 34 games ... during his sophomore campaign, he averaged 7.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game ... logged 30.1 minutes per game, the third highest of any Bulldog ... scored a career-high 18 points to lead `Dogs to 68-66 victory over the second place Nevada Wolf Pack on Feb. 26, 2009 ... grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds as the Bulldogs beat Hawai[apos]i 62-58 in the opening round of the 2009 WAC Tournament ... reached double figures in scoring during seven games ... in WAC contests, he averaged 7.4 points and 4.3 rebounds per game while shooting 42.4 percent from the field.
2007-08 (Freshman): As a freshman, played in all 32 games, starting nine ... averaged nearly five points per game while adding strong defense ... third on team in rebounds (108) and three-pointing shooting (.327) ... scored a career-high 14 points during a 75-58 home win versus San Jose State on Jan. 26, 2008 ... reached double digit point totals four times during the season ... recorded eight rebounds in a 70-65 win over Hawai[apos]i on Feb. 20, 2008 ... started six Western Athletic Conference contests ... earned a 4.0 grade point average.
Findlay College Prep: Averaged just over 14 points and nine rebounds in the school[apos]s first year with a basketball program ... Findlay College Prep is based out of Las Vegas and Golubovic helped the school debut at No. 11 on the Maxpreps.com High School rankings ... played for Hemofarm in Serbia in 2005-06.
