2017 (SENIOR): Appeared in 17 games, 13 starts … finished the season with two goals, four assists, eight points and 11 shots with six on goal … notched a season-high two assists in the 3-1 win over Nevada (Oct. 15) … logged a total of 1,147 minutes in the midfield for the Bulldogs.
2016 (JUNIOR): Played in all 19 games and started 18 of them … played 1307 minutes … was third on the team with four goals, eight points, 29 shots, and 13 shots on goal … scored two game-winning goals against Montana and San Jose State on Sep. 18 and Oct. 27, respectively.
2015 (SOPHOMORE): Named to the 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team, the first women's soccer player since 2011 to receive the honor ... appeared in all 18 games, started 13 ... played 1084 minutes ... recorded first assist of the season on Oct. 8 at Colorado College and second on Oct. 16 at San Diego State ... scored first collegiate goal in a 1-0 win over Sacramento State on Sept. 13 ... recorded 29 shots with five on goal.2014 (FRESHMAN): Made an appearance in all 20 games, including eight starts ... first career start came against Iowa (Aug. 29) ... recorded a combined total of 999 minutes ... had five shots with three on goal in the 2014 season ... led the team in assists (4).
HIGH SCHOOL: Received a varsity letter all four years under coach Eric Choi ... named league Player of the Year in 2014 ... all-city team last two years ... helped lead her team to three city championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013 ... state and national champions in 2013.
PERSONAL: Parents are Leslie Sherman and Steve Cline ... favorite athlete is Alex Morgan because of the amazing person she is as well as a soccer player ... biggest athletic thrill was becoming state and national champions in penalty kicks as a team ... admires her parents the most because of the support and hard work ethic ... plans to major in Kinesiology ... chose Fresno State because of the amazing team and education opportunity it has to offer ... she is kinesiology-sports administration major.
