HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letter winner as a middle blocker at Corvallis High School... third in state freshman year... earned Academic All-State and All-Conference 2nd Team… also competed on the track team as a high jumper.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Michelle and Tyler Smith... has two younger brothers, Asher and Knox... born and raised in Corvallis, Ore…. has uncle (Hans Smith) who played baseball at Fresno State (1996-’00)... mom (Michelle Smith) played basketball at Oregon State (1999-’04)… favorite athlete is Arica Nassar, a middle-blocker from Oregon State because she has been a huge inspiration... chose Fresno State because the coaching staff has a lot of experience and was very welcoming, and the team is great to spend time with… wants to pursue a career in marketing after college.
