2025 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in four matches and 11 sets during her first collegiate season before suffering a season-ending injury … totaled six kills and 12 total blocks … averaged 1.09 points and 1.09 blocks per set … recorded a season-high five block assists against CSUN on Sept. 14 … posted three blocks against Colorado on Sept. 4 and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Aug. 29.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Laramie High School for four years… played right-side and middle… lettered as a starter all four years… won state championship in 2023 and won conference championship in 2024… had the second-best hitting percentage in that state for her senior year (.450)... Named First Team All-Region and First Team All-State.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Erin and Shawn Wedemeyer… has five siblings: Ethan, Ryan, Danielle, Shea and Erin… likes to paint and be crafty in her spare time… mom was a volleyball player at the University of Wyoming as a right-side from 1987-1990… chose Fresno State because she loves the area and knew the program was a good fit during her visit… great uncle Kenny sailors is credited with inventing the jumpshot in basketball… describes herself as eager on the court… MyWord is “Focus”.
