Utah Wins 13-inning Marathon to Advance to Championship Game

Fresno, Calif. - Both Utah's Sarah Farnworth and Hawaii's Janelle Gonzales pitched all 13 innings of a marathon game Saturday afternoon, but the Utes prevailed with two runs in the top of the 13th to take the win.

Scoreless through 12, Sunny Smith and Lyndsey Trevis scored the Utes' winning runs to earn the rights to a championship game against the Bulldogs.
