Diving Holds Strong at Brigham Young Invitational

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State diving team traveled to Provo, Utah, to compete in the Brigham Young Diving Invitational and turned in solid performances.
In the 10-meter platform, freshman Nicole Recupito (Kokomo, Ind.) finished 15th with a score of 116.2. Both Recupito and freshman Rachel Azevedo (Clovis, Calif.) competed in the 3-meter springboard. Recupito scored 354.25 to finish 12th and Azevedo placed 15th with a score of 331.35.
After two weeks of split competitions, the diving team will join the swimming team at the Central Unified Aquatics complex on Saturday, Dec. 9, against Pacific. This marks the second home meet for the 'Dogs and will begin at 11 a.m.
