FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's tennis team defeated University of Iowa yesterday for their first win of the season. With this win Fresno State improves to 1-3. The Bulldogs faced South Alabama this morning at 10:00 a.m..
Fresno State won four out of the six singles matches with their two losses coming at No. 5 and No. 6. In doubles Fresno State only won one match, Chantel Wiggins (So., Fresno, Calif.) and Anke Beier (Fr., Velbert, Germany) defeated Erica Johnson and Megan Kearney 8-6.
