No. 6 Fresno State Softball Collects 22nd Shutout Victory

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State captured a 1-0 victory over Cal Poly in game one behind the one-hit performance of senior RHP Amanda Scott (20-3). Scott, who struck out nine Mustangs, collected her sixth one-hitter on the year while picking up her 16th shutout victory on the season. She extended her unearned run streak to 42.0 innings. Scott (1-3) also delivered at the plate for the Bulldogs after knocking in the Bulldog's lone run in the bottom of the sixth with a RBI single to left field.
