Equestrian Gets Two New Coaches

FRESNO, Calif. -
The Fresno State equestrian team will have two new faces leading them through the 2000-01 season.
Head coach Megan McGee will be depend on assistant coaches Karen Erikson and Dana Harris this year.
Erikson is a 1995 graduate from Fresno State with a degree in Journalism. She also holds an associatte degree in Veterinary Technology and a master's credential in Cross Cultural Education. She is also a member of the California Dressage Society and the United States Dressage Foundation. She is a native of Williamstown, Mass.
Harris is also a 1995 graduate of Fresno State with a degree in Animal Science. Harris also holds teaching credentials in Agriculture, Agricultural Specialists and Chemistry. She is originally from Thousand Oaks, Calif.
"We are looking forward to a great year of competition, and these coaches will be a big part of it," said McGee.
The equestrian team will open their season on Sept. 24 at the Student Horse Center at Fresno State located at Barstow and Woodrow Avenues. The West Coast Intercollegiate competition will start at 9 a.m.
