Sophomore shortstop Chris Patrick has stepped in this season as the Bulldogs starter from day one. Earlier this season Patrick had a 12- game hitting streak, which is the highest for any player this season. After having a stellar career at Clovis High, Patrick looks to continue his play at Fresno State.

A: My two high school national championship rings.
Q: If you weren't a baseball player, what would you be?
A: I would be an actor, so I can play a doctor or a lawyer.

A: Gladiator

A: Spanish
Q: If you could have dinner with any three people, who would they be?
A: Penelope Cruz because I like her accent and I bet she cooks good food, Shakira because I would like her to sing for me and Kevin Patrick because he's not only my brother but my best friend.
