Equestrian Takes Fifth In California Classic

FRESNO, Calif.- The Bulldog's hosted the NCAA California Classic this last Saturday and competed against five different schools. In the overall competition, Auburn grabbed the championship title, with 62 points, Oklahoma, reserve champions, with 58 points, South Carolina, third, with 51 points, Georgia, fourth, with 49 points, Fresno State, fifth, with 46 points, and Texas A&M, sixth, with 43 points.
In English, Auburn captured first with 34 points, South Carolina took second with 31 points, Georgia, third, with 29 points, Oklahoma, fourth, with 25 points, Fresno State, fifth, with 22 points, and Texas A&M, sixth with 14 points.
In Western, Oklahoma took first, with 33 points, Texas A&M, second, with 29 points, Auburn, third, with 28 points, Fresno State, fourth, with 24 points, and tied for fifth with 20 points, Georgia and South Carolina.
The 'Dog's next action will be today, starting at 8 a.m. when they host the IHSA English/Western show.
