Track and Field Finishes Competition At Mt. SAC Relays

WALNUT, Calif.- Fresno State wrapped up weekend competition at the Mt. San Antonio College Relays on Sunday evening. Bulldog relay teams and field event performers took center stage on Sunday.
Among the individual highlights: freshman Mallory Webb (Dundee, Ore.) established a new personal-best in the javelin with a toss of 156-11 (47.82m) to take sixth overall; sophomore La'Sha Hill (Oakland, Calif.) capped an impressive weekend with a sixth-place effort in the shot put at 45-0.50 (13.73m) and senior Jenny Moore (Upland, Calif.) recorded a 38-2.75 (11.65m) in the triple jump to finish eighth.
Three relay squads finished in the top-12 of their respective races. The best finish came from the men's 4x100-meter relay team- a time of 42.10 to finish seventh. The women's 4x100-meter relay crew took ninth with a 46.98, while the women's 4x400-meter relay team checked in 11th at 3:51.01.

The first of two final Fresno State home meets of the season is slated for Saturday, Apr. 24. The Bulldogs host Cal State Bakersfield at 4 p.m.
