The following is a statement from Fresno State regarding Saturday's Ja'Vance Coleman story in the Fresno Bee:

The institution received information regarding a possible violation concerning Ja'Vance Coleman. As such, we interviewed Ja'Vance, his mother, and father, Louis Coleman. At the present time, there does not appear to be any evidence substantiating a finding of an NCAA violation.
