Fresno State Head Coach Pat Hill:
"I don't have an answer for tonight. We have been working yard and we have good players, but we are not playing like a very good team right now. We can't afford any more mistakes. This was a game we couldn't afford to lose and now we are 1-1 in the WAC and can't afford any more losses if we want to win the league. It's sudden death for us right now. We have to win out. We will be going back to work this week to prepare for Hawai'i. It's going to be a tough game in Fresno next week. Hawai'i has been playing well."
"Utah State deserves a lot of credit. They were hungrier than we were tonight. They remind me of the teams my first couple of years. We didn't play that hungry tonight. They wanted the game more than we did."
"We still have a lot to play for this year. We have to get back to work this week and get ready for Hawaii."
