`Dogs Host Campbell in Doubleheader

FRESNO, Calif. - After earning some big wins on the road the last three weeks, the Fresno State softball team will return home tonight for a 13-game home stand that begins with a doubleheader at 6 p.m. vs. Campbell University of Buies Creek, N.C.
The Bulldogs and the Fighting Camels have only played twice, in 2004, with Fresno State winning 2-0 and 8-0.
Campbell enters tonight's game at 14-4, after playing in the Santa Clara Classic last weekend. They are currently ranked first in the Atlantic Sun Conference after finishing fifth a year ago.
Fresno State is ranked No. 22 in the ESPN/USA Today Top 25 poll and the Bulldogs at 15-3 are off to the best start since the 1999 season.
Tonight's doubleheader can be heard live on 790 the Deuce ESPN Radio with Guy Haberman calling the action, with pregame beginning at 5:55 p.m.
