Fresno State entered this week with a three-match winning streak, beating No. 5 Oklahoma State, winning at Delaware State and against Miami (Ohio). The Bulldogs have a great schedule ahead that features four teams ranked ahead of them in the rankings in the month of February.
Bullock Leads by Example
Senior captain Kelsey Bullock has been one of Fresno State's top performers this season, winning six of her nine matches and consistently scoring high marks in the Flat event. She earned wins over riders from Auburn, Georgia, TCU and New Mexico State, three teams ranked in the Top 10 in the nation.
Jen's Jumps
Jennifer Jory continues to be one of the best riders in nation all season and last weekend won her third MVP award of the season. After winning her first three matches in Equitation over Fences, she has scored at least 70 points in seven of her eight rides this season. She earned MVP honors in the season opening match at Auburn with a high-score of 86 and with an 81 against Delaware State won her second MVP award of the year. Her 85 score in tough weather conditions against Miami (Ohio) was an excellent ride. She was selected the gobulldogs.com student-athlete of the week for her performance.
