FRESNO, Calif. - The Western Athletic Conference announced Fresno State senior Melanie Gloria as the WAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of March 9-15 on Monday.

Gloria went 4-0 last week for the Bulldogs, including a 6-4, 6-2 win over No. 89 Macall Harkins of TCU. She and her partner Tinesta Rowe picked up four wins in doubles action, as well. As a team, Fresno State went 4-0 last week, outscoring its opponents by a combined 26-2.
