Bulldogs Conclude East Coast Trip on Saturday

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's lacrosse team lost 19-0 to Johns Hopkins Thursday afternoon in Baltimore, MD. The Bulldogs trailed 16-0 at halftime before holding Johns Hopkins to only three goals in the second half.
"It is a great experience for our players to play against these guys," Fresno State coach Sue Behme said. "East Coast lacrosse is a different style than what our team is used to playing against. It is part of the growing experience. The Johns Hopkins players and coaches were really respectful towards us and they helped us become a better team today."
Fresno State concludes its East Coast road trip on Saturday at 7 a.m. Pacific Time when it plays at Howard University in Washington D.C. Fresno State then plays its final home game on Monday at Noon against the University of Denver. The first 200 fans into the game will receive a voucher for a free hot dog.
