FRESNO, Calif. - The 2010 Western Athletic Conference coaches poll once again has favored the Fresno State Bulldog softball team. For the 13th time in 15 years the `Dogs were picked to win the league after coming away victorious by winning their 21st conference title in 2009.
Fresno State got six first place votes and 48 total points. Nevada was second with 41 points and one first place vote followed by Hawai'i. New Mexico State was fourth with the final first place vote. Louisiana Tech, San Jose State, Boise State and Utah State rounded out the poll.
