Student Section Sold Out for Opener

UPDATE: The designated student section sold out this afternoon. To accommodate the increased demand of the student body, Fresno State has opened Section 26 at the student price of $15 per ticket and $30 for a student guest ticket. Fresno State student IDs are required to receive the student price.
FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State student section is now sold out and there are less than 7,000 tickets remaining for Fresno State's home and season opening football game against Cincinnati tomorrow night at 7 p.m. in Bulldog Stadium.
"It is absolutely critical to get your tickets for tomorrow's game as early as you can," Fresno State Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig advised Bulldog fans. "We are selling out of sections throughout the stadium and the atmosphere will be electric at kickoff. This is a special night for our university."
The Bulldog Ticket Office is open until 6 p.m. tonight and will open at 10 a.m. on tomorrow morning.
Fresno State is also sold out of tickets in the premium area seating, which included more than 1,000 tickets purchased through the special Costco promotion. Costco customers who have yet to redeem their vouchers will have access to tickets in Section 26 while supplies last or can attend a future game this season.
Earlier this summer, Fresno State quickly sold out of a limited time "Centennial Celebration" $100 season ticket offer for seats in Section 25.
For students and other Bulldog fans interested in attending tomorrow night's game, there are a limited number of $30 single-game tickets in the end zone areas and $40 bench seats remain available. Also, there are a small amount of red seats left for $75 per ticket.
Other ticket opportunities remaining for the Sept. 4 opener include four-game and three-game mini-plans that start as low as $84. Additionally, Family Plans are still available for $380 and include two adult and two youth tickets, which is less than $14 per ticket, per game.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.gobulldogs.com, by calling 559-278-DOGS or in person at the Bulldog Ticket Office, which is located at the south entrance to Bulldog Stadium.
