Dogs Catch Some Aloha Spirit

Scouting The Rainbow Wahine
Hawaii picked up some steam with a 55-53 come-from-behind victory over San Jose State on Thursday. Keisha Kanekoa scored 20 points, including the game-winning basket with eight seconds left, to lift the Rainbow Wahine to victory. Hawaii enjoyed huge advantages on the glass (41-25) and at the free throw line (31-14 on attempts). The Rainbow Wahine is currently in seventh place in the WAC.
The Series vs. Hawaii
The Rainbow Wahine lead the all-time series with Fresno State 25-23. That said, the Bulldogs have won the past seven games against Hawai'i, including a 79-57 win last month in Fresno.
Last Time Out
The Bulldogs fended off a fierce challenge from Idaho and picked up their 20th win of the season with a 77-51 victory over the Vandals at the Save Mart Center. Under the guidance of head coach Adrian Wiggins, Fresno State has recorded four consecutive 20-win seasons. Senior forward Taja Edwards paced the Bulldogs with 13 points.
Senior Night Approaching
March 5 marks Fresno State's final home game of the regular season, and as such, the Bulldogs will honor their stellar senior class of Emma Andrews, Marnique Arnold, Taja Edwards, Hayley Munro and Jaleesa Ross.
"We Are Your Team!" -- Be sure to return to the Save Mart Center on March 5, as Fresno State plays its final home game of the regular season and honors its stellar senior class.
