Softball Reschedules Cal Poly Game

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State softball team has rescheduled its game that was postponed against Cal Poly back on March 19 to April 9 at 5 p.m. The Bulldogs and Mustangs will play a single game at Bulldog Diamond.

Fresno State (22-13, 2-1 WAC) is currently in the midst of a nine-game home stand and this rescheduling pushes that up to 10-straight games at home.

After Tuesday's 2-1 win over UC Santa Barbara, the game that started the home stand, Fresno State's home record now sits at 14-4. The `Dogs return to the friendly confines of Bulldog Diamond this weekend when they host BYU for a three-game series.

The weekend action against the Cougars (21-8, 3-0 WAC) starts on Friday with a single game at 6 p.m. The teams return to the diamond on Saturday for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
