Team Notes
• Fresno State scored on its first drive of the game, marking 83 yards on 12 plays. The `Dogs converted all four third-down tries on the drive and it marked the first time since the season opener that Fresno State scored a touchdown on its first drive of the game.
• On Fresno State's opening drive, it had four third-down conversions. The `Dogs had only three third-down conversions over their previous two games.
• At 13:34 of the second quarter, Fresno State successfully converted a fake punt on a fourth-and-12 at its own 39-yard line. Punter Garrett Swanson's 21-yard run marked the first successful fake punt since Sept. 8, 2012 at No. 4 Oregon.
• In the first 23:49 of this game Fresno State had more total offense (198 yards) than it had in all 60 minutes of its previous two games.
Individual Notes
QB, Kilton Anderson
• Drew the start for the second consecutive game at quarterback, marking just the second time all-year Fresno State has started the same quarterback in consecutive games (first occasion was Zack Greenlee starting in week's one and two).
• Had a 35-yard run on Fresno State's third play of the game. Before this game, the longest run by a Bulldog quarterback this season was 17 yards, done by Anderson at San Jose State and Greenlee at Ole Miss.
• Had two rushing touchdowns in the game, the first two of his career. They were also the first rushing touchdowns of the season by a Bulldog quarterback.
• His 78 rushing yards are the most by a Bulldog quarterback in a game since the turn of the century.
OLB, Ejiro Ederaine
• Had nine tackles in the first half.
• Finished the game with 12 tackles, his third double-digit tackle game of the season and sixth of his career.
• Had 3.0 tackles for a loss in the game, giving him 10 career games with multiple tackles for a loss.
• Had 1.5 sacks in the fourth quarter, increasing his team-leading total to 5.5 on the year.
WR, Jamire Jordan
• Recorded five catches for the second-straight game and third time this season.
DE, Claudell Louis
• Recorded his first sack since the San Jose State game on Sept. 26. It was his fourth of the season.
DE, Todd Hunt
• Had a season-high eight tackles, one off his career high of nine that he set last year at UNLV.
• Had his first solo sack of the season.
K, Jimmy Camacho
• Made his first field goal since the season opener, connecting from 44-yards out in the third quarter.
ILB, Nela Otukolo
• Recorded a sack for the second-straight game.
