Team Notes
• Fresno State got Air Force to go three-and-out on its first possession of the game. It marked the first time since the season-opening game on Sept. 3 that the defense got the opponent to go three-and-out on the first drive of the game.
• With Fresno State scoring first in the game, it marked the first time all season that Air Force had trailed in a home game. It also marked the first time this year that the Bulldogs led in a road game.
• This was the first game since Sept. 18, 2009 that Fresno State had two touchdown runs of over 60 yards. The last time it happened back in 2009 when, RB Ryan Mathews had three TD runs of over 60 yards against Boise State.
• Fresno State's 234 yards in the first quarter is the most since it gained 283 yards in the first quarter against San Jose State on Nov. 29, 2013.
Individual Notes
RB, Marteze Waller
• On the second play of the game, he caught a 39-yard reception that was the longest of his career.
• Scored a 64-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter. It was the longest rushing play for the Bulldogs this season and the second longest of Waller's career.
RB, Dustin Garrison
• Scored his first rushing touchdown as a Bulldog on a 60-yard run in the first quarter. Coming into the game, he had 82 yards rushing on the season.
ILB, Jeff Camilli
• Recorded his fourth game this season with 10 or more tackles.
• His 14 tackles matched his career-high that he set at San Diego State on Oct. 3.
CB, Jamal Ellis
• Forced and recovered a fumble on a fourth-and-three at the Bulldog 35-yard line, returning the ball 24 yards to the Air Force 36-yard line. It was his first career forced fumble and fumble recovery.
OLB, Tobenna Okeke
• Returned from a three-game absence due to injury.
