"We're still working hard on our identity and what we want to stand for from a defensive standpoint," Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry said. "Our home crowd has been really good for us, they've been great. We've had great support over the last three games here. Our band and student section have been great and they've been giving our team a lift."
Bulldogs' senior guard Marvelle Harris scored 16 points with six assists and three steals, and Cullen Russo added 11 points.
Devin Watson paced the Dons with a career-high 24 points with seven assists. Tim Derksen added 11 points with seven rebounds and four assists and Chase Foster added 10 points.
