'Dogs Head to Brookings for First Spring Competition

FRESNO, Calif.--The No. 7 Fresno State equestrian heads to Brookings, S.D. for its first competition of the spring season to take on Minnesota-Crookston and South Dakota State University. On Friday, the `Dogs compete against Minnesota-Crookston, and on Saturday, the `Dogs compete against fellow United Equestrian Conference-member, South Dakota State University. Fresno State is the only team in the National Collegiate Equestrian Association rankings. The team is coming off of a two-month break followed by a strong scrimmage against the University of Southern California in January.
