McKillop Named UEC Rider of the Month

FRESNO, Calif.--The United Equestrian Conference announced today that senior Kirsten McKillop earned the title of Reining Rider of the Month for February.
McKillop went undefeated in the competition against University of Minnesota, Crookston and South Dakota State University.
Against Minnesota, Crookston, she defeated her opponent, 67-63. Against South Dakota State University, she defeated her opponent, 68-61.
Although McKillop earned this award for reining, she also earned a point for the `Dogs against the Jackrabbits in the horsemanship category, defeating her opponent, 73-69.
For the month of February, McKillop averaged a score 67.5 with an average margin of victory of 5.5.
You can catch McKillop's last regular-season competition as a Bulldog this weekend, as the `Dogs host Texas Christian University on Friday and University of Georgia on Saturday at the Student Horse Center.
