Fresno State Heads to NCEA Championships

By Jillian Bertolucci FRESNO, Calif.--The Fresno State equestrian team will compete in the National Collegiate Equestrian Association Championship at the Extraco Events Center in Waco, Texas on April 16-18. The `Dogs enter the national championship as the number six seed. The top-12 overall teams, western and hunt seat combined, are invited to compete. Fresno State will take on fellow United Equestrian Conference-member, No. 11 New Mexico State University in the first round on April 16. The winner of this match will proceed to the quarterfinals on April 17 against No. 4 Texas A&M. The semifinals and championship will be held on April 18. 2015 NCEA Championship Seeds
