FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State Director of Athletics Jim Bartko introduced Tuesday the football season ticket donation program that will be instituted for this upcoming 2015 season.
The mission of the program is to provide football tickets to deserving youth organizations in the Central Valley.
“As I meet with Bulldog fans across the Valley, I am always asked, ‘How can I help?’ Well, one way every Bulldog fan can help is by purchasing season tickets that Fresno State will donate to Central Valley youth organizations,” Bartko said. “For only $99 per season ticket, you can help us fill Bulldog Stadium and bring deserving youth on to the Fresno State campus to experience the excitement of Bulldog football.”
Bartko kicked off the drive for the season ticket donation program by purchasing the first four tickets to go towards youth organizations.
The $99 season ticket in the football ticket donation program is 100 percent tax deductible.
Fresno State will handle the distribution of tickets to youth organizations and donors will receive acknowledgement of their donation. Youth organizations will also be recognized at home football games where they will be seated together in the stadium in a block of seats reserved for them.
To purchase tickets to the donation program, please call 559-278-DOGS, visit GoBulldogs.com or stop by the Fresno State ticket office located at the northeast corner of the Save Mart Center.
"Be Bold" - The official home of the Fresno State Bulldogs is 940 AM ESPN Radio and ESPN Deportes 1600 AM. Purchase your Bulldog football season tickets by calling 559-278-DOGS.
