Football summer camps right around the corner

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State football program has several camps available for aspiring football players coming up in the month of June.
The Bulldogs will be hosting both satellite camps in southern and northern California as well as right here in Fresno at Bulldog Stadium. They range in age beginning with youth from kindergarten through eighth graders all the way up to high school students.
Registration for the Elite Skills Camps and Future Bulldogs Camp must be completed online at the following link. Coaches must register their squads for the team passing camp through Coach Jordan Peterson, the camp director, at jopeterson@csufresno.edu, or by calling 559-278-3015.

ELITE SKILLS CAMP
For: Players entering 9th-12th grades
Date: Sunday, June 12, 2016
Location: Bulldog Stadium & the Bulldog Practice Fields
Cost: $90 per camper/$95 for walk-ups

SPECIALIST CAMP
For: Open to any and all entrants in Grades 6-12 in the fall of 2016
Date: Sunday, June 12, 2016
Location: Bulldog Stadium & the Bulldog Practice Fields
Cost: $150

What to bring: Field goal block, field goal holder, kickoff tee, water bottle
Learn the fundamentals of kicking, punting and long snapping from former Oakland Raiders & Fresno State kicker Kevin Goessling & his staff. This pro-style camp will teach position-specific fundamentals, techniques and drills and will feature both in-depth instructional and competition periods.

Cost: $45 for pre-registered campers/$55 for walk-ups

Elite Skills Camp Information: These are non-padded camps designed for ALL POSITIONS to learn football fundamentals, skills and techniques from the Fresno State coaching staff. Players will be instructed during individual drills and sessions of 1-on-1. Two-way players will have the opportunity to receive instruction at multiple positions if they choose.
FUTURE BULLDOGS CAMP (YOUTH)
For: Players entering K-8th Grade
Date: Monday & Tuesday, June 20-21, 2016
Location: Bulldog Stadium & the Bulldog Practice Fields
Cost: $99 per camper
Schedule of Events 8:00-9:00 a.m. - Registration
9:00 a.m. - Stretch
3:00 p.m. - Camp Ends
Camp Information: This camp is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of football at each position. Campers will be coached by Fresno State Football Coaches and Players. T-Shirt and lunch included in camp cost.
TEAM 7-ON-7 PASSING CAMP "BATTLE IN THE VALLEY"
Date: Saturday, June 11, 2016
Registration: 8-8:45 a.m. at the Duncan Athletic Complex
Location: Bulldog Stadium & the Bulldog Practice Fields
Competition: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Cost: $300 per team (max 25 players per team)
HIGH SCHOOL COACH MUST REGISTER TEAMS
7-on-7 Camp Information: Teams will compete in pool-play in the morning to determine seeding for the championship tournament. Games will consist of two 15-minute halves with a five-minute halftime. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of five games.
