Bulldogs climb up to No. 6 in latest NCEA Farnam rankings

The Fresno State equestrian team has moved up to No. 6 in this week’s National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Farnam Team Rankings.
WACO, Texas - The Fresno State equestrian team has moved up two spots in this week's National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Farnam Team Rankings after a 12-7 victory over South Dakota State on Oct. 21, as announced on Tuesday.

Georgia remains the No.1 team for the second consecutive week after upsetting then-No.1 Texas A&M, 12-4, on Oct.13 and knocked off No. 6 TCU on Oct. 20. Texas A&M checks in at No.2, while Auburn sits at No.3. SMU moves up a spot to No.4 after upsetting then-No.4 Oklahoma State, 11-9, last weekend. The Cowgirls move down to No.5.

The Bulldogs are the sixth-ranked team, their highest mark of the season, while TCU (No.7), Baylor (No.8), UT-Martin (No.9) and South Dakota State (No.10) round out the top 10.
Fresno State returns to action at the Skyhawk Invitational hosted by No. 9 UT-Martin on Nov. 9. The 'Dogs will wrap up their fall slate the following day facing No. 4 SMU.
