Bulldogs in the NFL: Week 14

FRESNO, Calif. - Week 14 of the NFL season saw former Bulldog Davante Adams catch a game-winning touchdown in overtime in Cleveland while Kenny Wiggins with the Chargers helped Los Angeles win their fourth straight game and move above .500 for the first time this season.

WR Davante Adams (Green Bay Packers): Adams continues to be the No. 1 receiver for Green Bay backup quarterback Brett Hundley leading the team with 10 receptions for a team-high 84 yards and a pair of touchdowns. After catching the game-tying touchdown with a 1-yard pass from Hundley with 17 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to force the game into overtime, Hundley again connected with Adams on a third down for a 25-yard scoring strike to clinch the victory for the Packers. Green Bay (7-6), is currently tied for second in the NFC North with the Lions, travels to Carolina (9-4) on Sunday in week 15.

QB Derek Carr (Oakland Raiders): Oakland (6-7) fell on the road at Kansas City (7-6), 26-15 in a battle for first-place in the AFC West at Arrowhead. Carr finished the afternoon 15-of-26 for 211 yards and added a touchdown and two interceptions. The Raiders, who fell behind 26-0, attempted a fourth-quarter comeback scoring a rushing touchdown by Marshawn Lynch and added a scoring strike from Carr to Jared Cook with 7:09 to play in regulation, but Carr was intercepted on the next drive for Oakland ending any hopes of a comeback. The Raiders host the Dallas Cowboys (7-6) on Sunday Night Football in week 15.

Carr's season stats: 12 games played, 268-of-420, 2,942 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, 10 interceptions

LB Chris Carter (Washington Redskins): Carter played in his 13th game this season on Sunday for the Redskins (5-8) in a 30-13 loss at the Los Angeles Chargers (7-6). Washington hosts the Arizona Cardinals (6-7) on Sunday in week 15.

Carter's season stats: 13 games played, 7 tackles, 4 solo

DT Tyeler Davison (New Orleans Saints): Davison made his 13th start this season for the Saints (9-4) on Thursday Night Football as New Orleans fell 20-17 at Atlanta (8-5). The Saints, currently tied with the Carolina Panthers for first in the NFC South, host the New York Jets (5-8) on Sunday in week 15.
Davison's season stats: 13 games played, 26 tackles, 19 solo, 1 tackle for loss, 1 pass defended, 2 QB hits

LB Ben Jacobs (Carolina Panthers): Jacobs had a season-high two tackles, both solo, in the Panthers' 31-24 win over the Minnesota Vikings (10-3) at home on Sunday. Carolina (9-4) hosts the Green Bay Packers (7-6) on Sunday in week 15.
Jacobs' season stats: 13 games played, 5 tackles, 3 solo

CB Curtis Riley (Tennessee Titans): Riley was inactive for a sixth straight week as the Titans (8-5) fell 12-7 at the Arizona Cardinals (6-7). Tennessee, who sits a game behind the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC South, travel to the San Francisco 49ers (3-10) in week 15.

Riley's season stats: 6 games played, 12 tackles, 8 solo, 1 interception, 1 pass defended

DB Derron Smith (Cleveland Browns): Smith played in his fourth game for the Cleveland Browns (0-13) on Sunday in a 27-21 overtime loss at home to the Packers (7-6). The Browns host the Baltimore Ravens (7-6) on Sunday in week 15.

DB Charles Washington (Detroit Lions): Washington made one solo tackle on Sunday as Detroit (7-6) kept pace with the Packers for second-place in the NFC North with a 24-21 win at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-9). The Lions host the Chicago Bears (4-9) on Saturday afternoon on NFL Network.
Washington's season stats: 13 games played, 13 tackles, 10 solo

OL Kenny Wiggins (Los Angeles Chargers): Wiggins made his 13th start of the season at right guard on Sunday in the Chargers' (7-6) 30-13 win at home over the Washington Redskins (5-8). Los Angeles, who outgained the Redskins 488-201 in total yards, passed for 314 yards through the air and rushed for 174 yards on its way to their fourth straight win as they are tied with the Chiefs for first in the AFC West. Los Angeles travels to the Chiefs (7-6) on for a battle for first-place on Saturday night on NFL Network.

Practice Squad
OL Cody Wichmann (Tennessee Titans) - Wichmann has been on the Titans' practice squad since Sept. 12.

Inactive
OL Bryce Harris: Harris has played two games this season with the New Orleans Saints before being released on Oct. 17. He was signed the next day by the Lions before being released on Oct. 26. He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers on Nov. 1 before being released three days later on Nov. 4.

On Nov. 6, he was signed by the Saints for a second time this season, but did not play in New Orleans' 47-10 win at Buffalo on Sunday. Harris was released on Saturday before the Saints defeated the Redskins at home on Sunday.
