"It has been a great week and has been a great few weeks of preparations. We are looking forward to competing against a great team in the University of Houston and trying to get our 10th victory which is something that would be very special to this team," said head coach Jeff Tedford.
After visiting Aloha Stadium, a site the 'Dogs will play for the sixth time since 2012 on Sunday, the team headed to Dave & Buster's for some last-minute fun as lunch was provided by NOH Foods of Hawai'i. Each student-athlete was given a $30 playing card, including redshirt freshman running back Deonte Perry who made his first visit to the establishment, "It was a fun experience to be able to do with my teammates," said Perry.
A select group of Bulldogs left the fun at Dave & Buster's early to spend time at The Ronald McDonald House as they were joined by members of the Fresno State cheerleading and dance teams along with Timeout.
