On the match: "FPU came out firing from the service line, but I liked that we maintained our pace throughout the match. It was fun to see some of our players who haven't seen much time yet come in and play tough."
On Jacqueline Hutcheson: "I'm really impressed by Jacque. She's a silent killer. She's making plays constantly for us from the service line to our passing line and floor defense. I thought she did a good job keeping us focused. We'll continue to work at connecting and establishing our middles."
On the atmosphere in Save Mart Center: "Overall I liked the tempo of the game and it was a fun and electric atmosphere! The band was terrific and both schools represented with fired up fans."
