Bulldog fans can enjoy a wide variety of concessions from pulled pork nachos to clam chowder
FRESNO, Calif. – If you have been out to a Fresno State baseball or softball game this season, there is a good chance you've noticed the snack bar offers more variety than the average ballpark. Pardini's, a Fresno based catering service, has put together an eclectic menu in order give Bulldog fans a much more diverse culinary experience while at Margie Wright Diamond and Pete Beiden Field at Bob Bennett Stadium.
"We have a wonderful partnership with Pardini's in our bat and ball venues," said senior associate athletics director for external relations Paul Ladwig. "From the variety of food, to the cook to order items their service is second to none. It truly is great to come to a game and have a hearty meal and a variety of beverages to choose from."
Items fresh off the grill such as 1/4-pound hot links, cheeseburgers, and grilled chicken sandwiches remain a staple, along with 1/2-pound sausage sandwiches and 1/4-pound all-beef hot dogs.
But Pardini's is also serving more unique menu items, which include pulled pork nachos and their Homemade Chili, while on Fridays, fans can enjoy a piping hot cup of Pardini's Clam Chowder. For dessert, soft serve ice cream and root beer floats are available to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Fans can also couple their food with a Pepsi product or an ice-cold beer as alcohol is now available for purchase at both venues.
So next time you're at a Fresno State baseball or softball game, make sure to stop by the snack bar and enjoy Pardini's impressive selection of food and drinks.
