'Dogs season opener vs. Idaho to be broadcasted on Facebook

The Bulldogs' season opener against Idaho on Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. will be broadcasted on Facebook.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Through a partnership with Stadium, the Mountain West announced on Wednesday that the Bulldogs' season opener against Idaho has been selected to broadcast exclusively on Facebook.
A social media platform with more than 1.3 billion daily active users, the 'Dogs contest against the Vandals will be one of seven games featuring a Mountain West program on Facebook this season. In 2017, six MW football games aired on Facebook and reached more than 17 million fans, led by Utah State at Wyoming on Oct. 14, which reached 4.6 million fans.
With Wednesday's announcement, the television network for all 12 regular season games in 2018 have been announced with 11 being featured on national television.
