- Fresno State fell in straight sets to San Diego State on Tuesday and hosts Air Force for Senior Day on Saturday.
- The 'Dogs went 0-2 on the road last week falling to No. 13 Colorado State and Wyoming.
- This Saturday, the Bulldogs will honor their three seniors in Madelyn Halteman, McKenzie Kramer and Montez Uigaese.
- The Bulldogs are 4-2 at home vs. Air Force since moving to the MW in 2012.

Scouting Air Force (8-18, 5-9 MW)
- Air Force is 8-18 on the season with a 5-9 mark in Mountain West play sitting in a four-way tie for sixth place in the Mountain West.
- AF has lost four straight matches, all by sweep, since its last win on Oct. 26 at UNM.
- The Falcons are 3-5 on the road with wins over Oral Roberts, Nevada and New Mexico.
- Air Force ranks third in the Mountain West in digs (1,395), attacks per set (34.99) and checks in fourth in assists (1,150).
- Junior libero Alex King ranks third in the MW in digs with 407.
- Junior setter Andi Ahlers is sixth in the conference in assists with 833.
- Fresno State has won the first set in 12 of its 27 matches of the year.
- The Bulldogs are 10-2 this year when winning the first set but only 2-13 when losing it.
- With two weeks of Mountain West play remaining, the 'Dogs find themselves in a four-way tie for sixth in the league tied with San Diego State, Air Force and San Jose State at 5-9.
- Madelyn Halteman, the longest tenured Bulldog and the lone fifth-year senior on the 2019 roster, became just the fifth player in program history to record 3,000 career assists as she reached the plateau during the second set against CSU Bakersfield on Sept. 5.
- Halteman moved into third place in program history in career assists at No. 15 CSU on Oct. 10 and enters Saturday with 3,799 career assists as she is 546 away from second place (Diann Aufdermaur - 4,345).
- Halteman is currently tied for fourth in program history in career aces with 132. She sits only four shy of third place (Korrin Wild -136).
- She also moved into the top 10 in career sets played on Saturday and continues to climb the charts currently sitting in sixth place.

Senior 'Dogs
- In addition to Halteman, two other Bulldogs will play their final matches at the Save Mart Center on Saturday against Air Force as Montez Uigaese and McKenzie Kramer round out the senior class.
- A native of Long Beach, Uigaese has played in 59 career matches and 178 sets while totaling 180 kills, 106 total blocks, a .128 hitting percentage, 71 digs and 18 service aces. She tallied a career-high 12 kills this season against LSU on Sept. 13 and had a career-high seven blocks in two matches.
- A graduate transfer from the University of Montana, Kramer has seen action in 20 matches this season while playing in 57 sets. A native of Temecula, she had a season-best seven kills against LSU on Sept. 13 and had a season-high seven blocks against UNLV on Oct. 5.
- Finally, Halteman ranks third in Bulldog program history in career assists (3,799), fourth in career aces (132) and seventh in sets played (439) to go along with 154 kills, 846 digs and 143 total blocks.
- After missing five matches, junior Desiree Sukhov returned to the lineup against Wyoming leading the team with 15 kills.
- She leads the Mountain West with 4.03 kills and 4.62 points per set and her 4.03 kills per set ranks 49th in NCAA Div. I and she has led the team in kills in 17 of 27 matches this year.
- In the 'Dogs five-set win over Santa Clara on Sept. 6, Sukhov tallied 30 kills, tied for the fourth most kills in a match in program history and the most since Korrin Wild had 31 kills in a match in 2012.
- A big factor in Fresno State's defensive success has been depth in digging helping the squad rank fifth in the MW in digs per set at 14.03.
- Reagan Leonard leads the way with 4.51 digs per set to rank first in the MW.
- Leonard moved into seventh place in program history in digs last Thursday vs. No. 13 CSU and sits one shy of sixth place (Christina Lee - 1,241).
- Fresno State ranks second in the MW and 14th nationally with 1.79 service aces per set while having more aces than its opponent in 18 of 27 matches with a 170-114 edge in aces for the year.
- Halteman leads the team and ranks second in the MW with 40 aces while Grace Doyle has added 28 and Jocelyn Rodriguez has 26.
- The 'Dogs matched a program-record with 17 service aces against Wyoming last Saturday.
- Nine of the 'Dogs 12 victories this season have come by sweep.
- The 'Dogs last seven victories have all been sweeps.
- Five of the 'Dogs six victories at home have been by sweep.
