Bulldog Bones
- Fresno State sits in fourth in the Mountain West standings at 10-4, with all four losses coming to the top three teams, three of those coming during the previous three weeks. The Bulldogs sit a game out of second.
- The 'Dogs rank No. 5 in the NCAA in free-throw percentage, knocking them down at a clip of 77.8 percent. Fresno State has slipped since the claiming the top spot after shooting below its season average the last three games. Fresno State's top five scorers are each shooting over 80 percent from the line on the year.
- Averaging 71.2 points per game against DI opponents during the nonconference season, the Bulldogs are posting 71.7 per contest in league games after scoring north of 70 points in their last four games after just one in the previous four games.Â
- Fresno State's double-digit scoring trio has remained the same from a year ago: Aly Gamez (11.5 ppg), Maddi Utti (12.1 ppg) and Candice White (18.6 ppg).
- Reaching double figures in scoring in all but two games this season, Candice White leads the MW in scoring by 1.8 points per game. The senior has 12 20-point performances in 25 games, including eight in 14 conference games where she is averaging 20.5 points per game.
- Do-it-all sophomore Maddi Utti ranks second in the league in field-goal percentage (.560), fifth in the league in steals (1.7 spg), sixth in rebounding (7.4 rpg) seventh in blocks (1.0 bpg) and 15th in scoring (12.1 ppg).Â

Scouting Nevada
- Nevada enters Saturday's matchup with a 9-15 record and sit in a tie for seventh in the league with a 5-8 record.
- The Wolf Pack have lost three of its last five games with all three of those losses coming to teams in the top three of the conference.Â
- Nevada's best win of the conference season came in an 70-62 defeat of fifth-place UNLV in Reno on Jan. 30.
- While the Wolf Pack are scoring 65.5 points per game, they are allowing 69.1 per outing.
- Nevada has not won a game this season when allowing its opponent to score at least 70 points in regular. The Pack's only win when allowing a team to score more than 70 was a 79-78 defeat of Hawai'i in overtime on Dec. 29.
- Nevada's strongest area is statistically is in steals. The Wolf Pack are forcing the fourth-most turnovers in the league with 17.3 per game as they are swiping the fourth-most steals with 8.5 per game.
- Tarae Briggs ranks as one of the top players in the Mountain West. The 6-foot-3 senior ranks seventh in the MW in scoring (14.3 ppg), fifth in rebounding (8.0 rpg), fifth in field goal percentage (.510), sixth in steals (1.7 spg) and 12th in blocks (0.9 bpg).
- Jade Redmon is Nevada's leading scorer, and ranks fifth in the MW, at 15.0 points per game.
Series History With Nevada
- Fresno State holds the all-time series lead, 45-12.
- While the Bulldogs have dominated the series, the Wolf Pack won the season series last year 2-1 after defeating the Bulldogs in Fresno in the quarterfinals of the Women's Basketball Invitaitonal.
- Prior to the loss in the WBI, the Bulldogs had owned a five-game winning streak over the Wolf Pack in Fresno, and had won nine of the last 10 on their home court.
- Fresno State defeated the 68-55 in last year's regular-season game in Fresno on Jan. 31, 2018.
