Valley Ag products to be showcased at Bulldog Stadium all season

FRESNO, Calif. – The Pride of the Valley is instilled from the rich agricultural community of California's Central Valley. The world's richest agricultural area in export dollars.

As a way to celebrate what's homegrown, Fresno State will have an AgFest theme at all six home football games with its food offerings inside Bulldog Stadium this upcoming season.
Â
Various Valley agriculture industries will be highlighted, centered around the featured food items, in special ways to celebrate what makes Central California so unique.

Sept. 7 vs. Minnesota – Citrus
Â
In addition to being our Paint the Valley Red night, Fresno State Athletics will celebrate citrus and discounted fresh squeezed lemonade will be available for purchase.

Sept. 21 vs. Sacramento State – Corn
Â
As the Dog's throw a Bulldog Fiesta, Fresno State will celebrate corn with grilled sweet corn available at select concession stands. As part of the Bulldog Fiesta theme, discounted nachos will also be available during the game.

Oct. 18 vs. UNLV – Nuts
Â
While outside the gates fans will be able to take part in an exciting Friday Fest featuring local food trucks and live music, inside Bulldog Stadium Fresno State will celebrate the nut industry with specials on fresh pistachios and almonds.

Oct. 26 vs. Colorado State – Cattle
Â
Fresno State will culminate homecoming week with the big game against the Rams, and Bulldog Athletics will celebrate the Valley meat industry. Tri-Tip sandwiches from local favorite Dog House Grill will be sold at select concessions stands.

Nov. 9 vs. Utah State – Grapes
Â
In a two part series to close the season, Fresno State Athletics will honor the vast local grape industry that is one of the few that supports wine, table and raisins. The first of the two will celebrate raisins as Valley raisins will be distributed free of charge.
Nov. 23 vs. Nevada – Grapes
As the Dogs wrap up the 2019 home schedule with their annual Senior Day celebration inside the gates, outside Bulldog Stadium fans can partake in Wine Fest to celebrate the Valley's robust viticulture industry. Additionally, the University's own winery will offer their new canned wine at stadium concessions.
