"Our captains are a true leaders and I am excited for their leadership this season," added Hubbard on the team's captains. "Each one of them individually brings something different to the table that will add to our team dynamic."
Â

A season ago, she led the horsemanship squad with a 10-5 record while earning All-American honors in the event. Campbell was also the 2019 United Equestrian Conference Horsemanship Rider of the Year and a member of the All-Conference team in 2019. She also earned a team-best five MOP honors in her first season as a 'Dog.

"I feel very fortunate to be a captain among such a strong group of women," said Campbell. "I am looking forward to the year we have ahead of us."
Â
Gilson, a senior reining squad member, is competing in her fourth year with the Fresno State equestrian program this season. As a Valley native of Sanger, Calif., Gilson is one of the program's winningest athletes in her event. In 2017, Gilson was named the UEC Freshman Reining Rider of the Year for her 8-7 mark in the event. She also has back-to-back years of UEC and NCEA academic honors under her belt. In the 2018-19 season, Gilson finished with a 7-7-1Â reining mark.
Â
"I am over the moon to be able to serve as captain to this talented team this year," said Gilson. "I aim to help them choose boldness instead of fear. Team spirit and passion will help us hit this big and challenging year head on."
Â
Rosinski is entering her third year with the Fresno State equestrian program. As a transfer from New Mexico State, she came to the Bulldog family in the 2017-18 season. She has earned academic honors in both seasons while at Fresno State with four different academic accolades in the 2018-19 season. The Charlotte, N.C. native is one of two seniors on the hunt seat squad for the season.
Â
"I am really excited to be captain this year and to be there for my team as we enter a new conference," said Rosinski. "We have a big year ahead of us, but I know we have what it takes"
Â
The trio of seniors are set to lead the team in its first season with the Big 12. The Bulldogs open their season with the annual Red vs. Blue Scrimmage at 10 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Â
