- Fresno State travels to San Diego State and UNLV this week.
- The Bulldogs went 2-0 at home last week with wins over Colorado State and Wyoming.
- Ella Rud was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week on Monday after registering a double-double against Wyoming finishing with 10 kills and 10 digs.
- The 'Dogs are 1-8 at SDSU and 3-6 at UNLV as members of the MW .
- Fresno State picked up a win in San Diego in Spring 2021 & earned wins in Las Vegas in 2013, 2017 & 2018.

- Kasey Purry notched a career-high eight blocks in the win over Colorado State.

- The 'Dogs earned wins over Colorado State in four sets and swept Wyoming at home last week.
- The Bulldogs won their first two MW home matches for the fourth straight season.
- The week got started for the Gilbert, Ariz. native with nine kills and five digs in a four-set win over CSU.
- She closed out the week notching her second double-double of the season in a sweep over Wyoming on Saturday tallying 10 kills and a team-high 10 digs in the 'Dogs first sweep over the Cowgirls since 2013 adding three assists and two service aces.

- SDSU fell in straight sets at home to UNLV on Tuesday.
- The Aztecs have notched sweeps over Nevada and Air Force in conference play.
- SDSU, who was chosen sixth in the MW preseason poll, posted a 6-9 record in the spring and finished eighth in the MW.
- The Aztecs rank fifth in the MW in kills (706) & digs per set (13.46), sixth in blocks (113.0) and seventh in kills per set (12.39).
- Senior Natalie Smith sits first in the MW in digs (241) and fourth in digs per set (4.23).
- UNLV is 13-3 on the season sitting atop the MW with a 4-1 record.
- The Rebels swept SDSU in San Diego on Tuesday winning sets, 25-21, 25-21, 25-20.
- The Rebels have won four in a row with victories over Nevada, Air Force, New Mexico & SDSU.
- UNLV was picked to win the MW in the preseason poll and senior Mariena Hayden was chosen preseason All-MW after being named the MW Player of the Year in the spring.
- The Rebels won the MW in the spring going 13-1 overall and advanced to the NCAA Tournament falling to eventual national champion Kentucky in the second round.
- UNLV sits second in the MW in kills per set (13.15), blocks per set (2.56) & service aces (102) and third in kills (723), blocks (141.0), assists per set (11.73), hitting percentage (.243) & opponent hitting percentage (.164).
- Hayden ranks first in the nation in aces per set (0.76) & leads the MW in service aces (35), kills per set (3.78) & points per set (4.89).
