Bulldogs to host two winter camps

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bulldog baseball program will host two Winter Baseball Academy camps in December for campers ages six through junior college.
Athletes from the age of six through junior college aged players are welcome to take part in the camps that will be run by Fresno State coaches and players in December at Pete Beiden Field at Bob Bennett Stadium.
Bulldog Prospect Camp
The Bulldogs will host the Fresno State Baseball Prospect Camp on Dec. 4-5. This camp will allow high school-aged and junior college prospects the opportunity to experience Fresno State Baseball. Campers will showcase skills and learn from the coaches and players of Fresno State Baseball. The two-day camp will feature instructional settings as well as live game settings.
The first day, Saturday, will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. followed by 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The cost of the Prospect Camp is $175. There will be a 45 min. break for lunch. on Sunday and campers will need to provide their own lunches.
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
Junior Bulldogs Camp
The Junior Bulldogs Camp will take place Dec. 20-22. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day and is open to kids ages 6-12.
A great experience learning about all areas of the game, players will be grouped by age groups and learn from the players and coaches of the Fresno State Bulldogs. Players will learn techniques in fielding, throwing, base running, agility, hitting and so much more.
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
The cost of the Junior Bulldog Winter Camp is $150.
